Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of the flipped class in the first semester of a flipped class model in an interprofessionally taught course. The research questions that guided this study were: What differences exist in the combined class exam scores and the inter-professional cohorts (PA and PT) exam scores between the 2015 flipped class and those of the 2014 class, which featured didactic lectures?, and What differences exist between the combined class practicum assessment scores and cohort practicum assessment scores between the flipped class in 2015 and the 2014 class?
