Graduate Education as Leadership Preparation: Insights into Stakeholder Perspectives and Best Practices

Abstract: This Best Practices session will review the experiences of providing terminal master’s degree programs as leadership preparation for career-oriented adult learners. Terminal master’s degree programs provide opportunities for entry-level employees holding an undergraduate degree to gain leadership preparation and experience. This session will share these experiences from the perspectives of internal and external program stakeholders, including students, institutions, and employers.
