Abstract: This paper presents an innovative way of teaching students to meet the information literacy standards developed by the Association of College and Research Libraries (2000) in a technology-enabled learning environment. It demonstrates technology enhanced tools for information literacy instruction, such as video-casting, game-enhanced instruction and social media to create engaging learning experiences. More importantly, it promotes the effective use of technology in education, training, and lifelong learning.
