Panel
ID: 48916
Abstract: In this panel, we will first present the outcomes from a content analysis in the articles submitted and published in the SITE Research Highlight Books 2016. The content focus, themes, research methods, technology tools, and integration practice will be summarized. We will then discuss practical methods that deal with some specific and common issues or problems in the research of the field, focusing on three areas: (a) non-significant phenomenon, (b) nonparametric statistics methods, and (c) a useful sampling method – propensity score matching. Methods of data management and data analysis will be introduced with research examples that assess the effectiveness of technology integration in teacher education.
