Learning Together: Faculty and Preservice Teachers Learning about iPads in a Blended Cohort PD Model
Abstract: With limited resources, how do you train faculty in using new technologies at the same time their students are also using the technology for the first time? Attend this brief paper session to learn how we used a blended cohort model to train faculty and students together as part of a one to one iPad initiative. We will discuss student and faculty reactions to learning together and the benefits to students of technology instruction paired with rich content knowledge.
