Abstract: This brief paper presents a framework for the implementation and integration of instructional technology into the pedagogical structure of a pre-service teacher education program. Instructional technology is intentionally integrated into the structured learning experiences of students in the education program. Technology is used as a pedagogical tool by which preservice teachers develop their professional competencies. This paper will include examples of assignments and actual student work samples that demonstrate key student learning outcomes.
