Abstract: Higher education institutions have moved from offering selective online courses to providing complete online programs. To maximize the learning potential of distance learners quality indicators should be identified from learners’ perceptions as learners. The aim of this study was to identify quality indicators for student learning outcomes based on data collected from the Master of Science in Agronomy Distance Program at ISU.
