Abstract: Student achievement depends upon the utilization of available resources, both human and technological, by faculty committed to the conceptual foundations of teaching and learning. To that end, higher-education institutions are increasingly turning to web-based formats to augment knowledge-delivery in a timely and effective manner. Consistent with most educational organizations, Keiser University has begun active promotion of the principles of a learner-centered approach to real and virtual classroom management.
