Abstract: Working in education requires dedication and passion; both skills and the ability to transform quickly are often challenged by the rapidly evolving landscape of education. While many studies have been conducted on the efficacy of group work in advancing engagement in student learning, fewer studies exist on how faculty groups can enhance teaching, professional development and scholarship while renewing faculty passion and giving them new skills.
