Abstract: Mobile devices are being used as learning tools for grade three and grade four students at Nan Chiau Primary School in Singapore. This is part of the WeLearn Project initiative by the University of Michigan, Microsoft and Nokia, the aim of this project is to shift learning from a traditional teacher centric model to a dynamic and collaborative student centric model.
