Abstract: This paper addresses evidence-based research for disseminating advising information to incoming freshmen at the college/university level. With a need for more teachers, recruitment and dissemination of information for the teaching major is more important than ever before at the college and university level. Modern communication standards are towards online connections with students, but today’s millennial students desire more interactive options than just websites for information. Through evidence-based research, administrators and faculty can learn about today’s communicating through online modules with tomorrow’s teachers.
