Learning and Knowledge Analytics in Open Education: Introducing an International Research Symposium in Shanghai, 2015

Abstract: There is a growing interest in learning and knowledge analytics that reflects the concerns about learning in open education. As educators and professionals in Educational Technology, we proposed to host an international research symposium discussing issues and solutions for various concerns in open education. This poster will present to audience the planned symposium including the theme, tracks, and specific topics that will help teachers understand the trends and issues in the open education age that could affect schools, hence their teaching and their students’ learning. Interactive discussions are expected between the presenter and the audience.
