Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to consider the adoption of UDL within the professional development model to further integrate technology into the lives of students. By considering learner variability and realizing professionals come to technology from a variety of perspectives, interests, and competencies; professional development that is framed around UDL promises an approach structured to meet their varied needs.
