Abstract: In this presentation, we explore how the Teacher Induction Network (TIN) online mentoring program addresses the challenges of developing online communities, provides subject-specific professional development and promotes reflection on classroom practices for beginning science teachers. In particular the use of video annotation for reflection on classroom practices will be discussed.
