Abstract: Positive instructional practices and principles can affect online learners in various ways. Currently, these reflections are shown and contribute to various degrees of professionalism, which students see and recognize. As these attributes show how faculty uses real life managerial practices and principles in the online learning environment, variables also help configure studies and research related relate to the topic. The tools and styles used are practices of students in virtual learning environments. This brief research paper highlights current practices, reviews managerial techniques, and provides sustainable solutions to integrate into virtual programs. Additionally, this paper provides virtual practices for faculty to change learning styles with managerial experiences.
