Abstract: For a large institution or a multi-campus system, it is a daunting task to effectively represent the diversity of stakeholders and convene productive meetings. At Lone Star College System, which consists of six campuses and five centers and more than 3,000 faculty members, we faced formidable challenges when embarking on our quest to find our next Learning Management System. How does one craft an inclusive and transparent process ensuring stakeholders are represented and able to convene regularly without creating a committee too unwieldy? In this presentation, you will learn how Lone Star College System successfully negotiated and overcame these obstacles through a variety of strategies and the utilization of specific technologies.
