Abstract: This roundtable topic describes a project in which teachers created units of study for their students surrounding the issue of hunger. The project explored the integration of Common Core Standards into an inquiry-based global learning project. The various approaches of different teachers who implemented the projects with their students will be examined. Through dialogue, the facilitators will seek ideas and perspectives of attendees that can shape the direction of future projects and coursework.
