Abstract: This poster session will share current findings and engage participants in discussing ideas on building a cohesive online faculty. Through the development of current and future faculty, education and professional relationships can be improved and motivated through an array of different technologies. Building relationships and developing a cohesive professional environment to engage a geographically diverse faculty through different forums of technology enhances collaboration and retention of effective faculty. An on-going ground theory research investigation of one university’s graduate school with geographically diverse full-time and adjunct faculty is discussed to share strategies that work in unifying faculty in order to achieve department goals through the use of technology and media.
