Abstract: The study examined teacher candidates’ self-reported dispositions. An online section of candidates was compared to a face-to-face section of candidates. The hypothesis predicted that the online candidates would rate their dispositions higher. While the online candidates typically expressed higher dispositions on the individual assessment items, the hypothesis was not statistically significant. This finding might be the result of candidates’ strong desire to be teachers and exhibit positive behaviors in the profession regardless of the mode of course delivery.
