Abstract: Overall Abstract: During the past decade, there has been an increased interest and attention given to mobile learning, game-based learning, and digital books. In many ways, these three trends are interconnected as learners play games and read books on their smartphone, iPads, Kindles, and other such mobile devices. Some of these mobile activities directly impact learners in K-12 schools and universities, whereas others are more indirect in their influence.
