Abstract: The Video Case Tools (VCT) from the Learning & Performance Support Laboratory at the University of Georgia has been shown to be a powerful tool for fostering professional development and growth for inservice teachers. This paper and presentation will provide a context for the development and growth of the tool itself, how it has been used for professional development, and its implications for both inservice and preservice teachers.
