Abstract: There is no doubt that COVID has changed the landscape of online teaching. Now more than ever, students are expecting degree programs that were typically face to face only to be moved to an entirely online completion system. In some cases, these programs require courses that traditionally involve a largely hands on approach to teaching. Rather than cutting these course or eliminating programs all together, it is imperative to adapt these hands on learning courses to an online environment.
