Abstract: Multiple educational technology standards exist for the various professional perspectives of preservice teacher, inservice teacher, and teacher certification program professor. This paper presents core and proposed layered theoretical frameworks mixed with technology standards alignments from key professional perspectives related to teacher certification programs. Two goals guide this work in progress to: 1) develop an intentional scope and sequence of technology curriculum alignments to standards distributed throughout an undergraduate degree plan, and 2) better facilitate professional, collaborative, servant-leader passion project sustainable journeys that will also contribute to all participants’ professional portfolios. The Tool Features and Affordances guide and The 5 Technology Pillars are new works in progress for review and discussion.
