Abstract: Using a tool designed by Victoria Bernhardt, this session will provide a worked example of how school leaders can use the convergence of data types to evaluate their current standing as compared to ideal conditions outlined in educational literature on school improvement. The session will provide participants an opportunity to review the literature that informs the cycle of school improvement as well as showcase how one school leader has used the tool to articulate areas for growth and identify goals needed to move the organization forward.
