Abstract: Teachers' mental health is at risk, and most educators struggle to balance their time working from home. They are unable to support both their own families and students. They had to learn new platforms and new techniques since they were not well planned to be used in their districts. They face new challenges every day, such as zoom bombs, families not able to their child(ren) s progress on some platforms, and many more.
