Abstract: The study examined how five technical maths lecturers as well as a class of 30 TVET College students, managed to use ICTs such as blackboard collaborate and WhatsApp to improve their teaching and learning of technical mathematics in one selected TVET College in the Free State Province. This was investigated through open-ended questionnaires based on the technological pedagogical content knowledge model (TPACK).
