Share Paper: A Research on Online Learning Environment of Students in Computer Technology Essentials Classes for First-Year Students

Abstract: We started our Computer Technology Essentials Classes in a face-to-face format. However, due to the rapid expansion of the COVID-19 virus in our region, we moved to online classes. In this online class, we use the video conferencing system Google Meet, the communication tool Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office to conduct exercises. The students use their own laptop computers (BYOD) to do class exercises, but they feel inconvenience to use three software on their single laptop.
