Share Paper: Raising Awareness of Sustainable Development Goal Discovery and Solution

Abstract: In Japan, school education has been provided in compliance with the Course of Study. The guideline underscores the importance of fostering creators of a sustainable society and requires development of the abilities necessary to achieve specific development goals (SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals). Teachers must promote Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and that parents must raise awareness of SDGs together with their children. This report describes our practice based on the idea.
