Share Paper: The model of the Online Gifted Education Support System: By Analyzing FGI and Delphi Surveys

Abstract: This study was conducted to explore the model of national online gifted education support system. The FGI and Delphi survey results are summarized as follows. First, the objectives and necessities of the national online gifted education support system are to develop learners’ competencies as well as to fulfill nation’s educational needs, to develop all or as many as potential learners’ talents, and to provide learner-centered learning experiences. Second, needed contents of the online gifted education include basic-concept, inquiry learning, challenging and self-directed learning, and recent issue-based learning, etc. Those contents can be instructed by various ways.
