Abstract: I was diagnosed with Asperger’s Disorder at the age of 49 in 2007. Since then, I have been on a journey of discovery and of how Autism Spectrum students, employees, and employers can be successful in higher education and / or the workplace. I believe that ACRL and Quality Matters can provide advice for constructing LibGuides that support remote students on the Autism Spectrum. The guidelines for Distance Learning Students fit well for ASD students who choose to work away from others. From an employment standpoint, one who does not complete a college or university degree may not have the necessary credential(s) for employment.
