Abstract: In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there are some core technologies such as AI (Artificial Intelligence), IoT (Internet of Things), Robotics, etc. However, education of these technologies has not been systematized because of the state-of-the-art technologies. In this research, we focus on Virtualization and aim to develop the framework of Virtualization education. One of the IT technologies for solving social issues is the use of virtualization technology. Presently, educational programs for engineers to acquire specific technologies provide opportunities to experience books, hands-on, and corporate training. However, these systematic educational programs do not consider programs that incorporate both technical overview and experience. In this paper, we report on the contents and practice of the virtual environment practice workshop for full-time engineers to acquire the virtualization technology necessary to develop human resources who can utilize IT technology.
