Abstract: This paper will present the evolution of a long-form educational program, from a primarily didactic onsite conference, transitioning into a more interactive onsite conference, and finally into an online program. The primary challenges presented by this evolution were to maintain the integrity of the course itself, ensure parity between the onsite and online formats for the program, conserve the benefits of case-based learning and interactivity in the course, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for the course. Included will be strategies that were utilized to optimize the program and drive KPIs such as adoption, completion, and retention.
