Abstract: Most large institutions, especially those engaged in delivering distance learning program, use a Learning Management System or Leaning Content management System for course development, registration, and tracking. This paper focuses on labeling and use of leaning objects that comprise the contents of the LCMS including how to label them, organize them, and structure them for maximally efficient reuse and repurposing.
