Share Paper: Fostering a pedagogy of care in digital learning environments: One institution’s approach to caregiving in online spaces.

Abstract: In this session we will discuss the promises and challenges of modeling community caregiving an online graduate degree designed with openness and networked learning as cross cutting themes. We will examine the intersection between an institutional learning and teaching model, the values and principles inherent in the open community(ies), and the role of care in creation and use of digital learning environments.
