Abstract: About 175,000 military service members transition from the military to the civilian workforce each year. However, the unemployment rates for veterans is much higher than their civilian counterparts. Two concerned veterans created the online VET2 101: Resume Building and Interview Skills for Service Members course to assist military service members in the transition process. Data was collected in the form of end of course survey questions and forum discussions. This online course has been highly successful not only in terms of the content but also the design.
