E-learning/ Online Faculty Training Programs in Saudi Arabia: Comparison to the USA
Abstract: The instructional design affects the design of the e-learning curriculum. Technology and instructional design make the design curriculum more challenging. The study examines instructional design impact e-learning curriculum and academic preparation of IDT faculty in Higher Education in the USA, and in Saudi Arabia. The method to conduct this study is the quantitative research method. The location of the study will be at four universities in Saudi Arabia regardless of the faculty major. The researcher will conduct the study in Saudi Arabia to examine how the different educational settings and culture will affect online designing and faculty training development.
