Abstract: This research the impact of technology on the between black and white student performance. The exploration of the theories, methods, performance results, and principals of the evaluated research reveals implications and factors that suggest a possible oversight in addressing the black-white test score gap. Efforts using technology to close the gap will be discussed. The No Child Left Behind Act attempted to address the low performance of African American and students from low income homes.
