Abstract: This presentation focuses on lessons learned as Pierce College and Lake Washington Institute of Technology established their first Open Educational Resources (OER) Degree Pathways Faculty innovations at the course level and financial pressures on students that collectively led to a need for the initiative will be presented, as well as the Institutional change required to support OER adoption across a diverse institution Challenges encountered along the way, their solutions, and the resulting impact on student success will be discussed
