Abstract: The Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC) is one of the largest organizations dealing with every local governmental and political sector to reach consensus for the implementation of national and international trade and services policies according to local and global needs. At CAC we are committed to providing the highest quality educational experience. Our main challenge is to expand the CAC community as a matter of social responsibility. To fulfill this goal, non-formal and formal education programs are implemented to cover the whole country´s continuing education needs. This paper describes the design and implementation of an innovative distance learning degree program on International Trade and Customs in order to meet the needs encountered by the Continuing Education Department; although the sector is growing fast throughout the country, few people have enough knowledge on the field and they are all almost located in Buenos Aires, the capital city.
