Abstract: This study aimed to develop and validate a global citizenship indicator for university students. We have first defined four constructs of global citizenship such as knowledge and understanding, skills, values and attitudes, and practice and behavioral intention. Initially, 59 items based on a literature review were developed within four constructs.
