Share Paper: Best Practices Analysis of MOOCs

Abstract: This paper reports the findings of a best practices analysis work conducted for an EU project which focuses on developing 100 Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). With the aim to examine the best practices in EU, developed countries, Turkey and BRICS countries, following criteria have been considered: installed a platform for online trainings, online training in Information and Communication technology (ICT), experience in training of adults and training online content.
