Mentoring online doctoral students.

Abstract: Despite the popularity of online education, doctoral programs around the United States have struggled with quality issues. In this presentation the authors will share the strategies they use to successfully mentor online doctoral students at a Research One Institution which offers an Online Ed.D program in Curriculum and Instruction. The program currently enrolls approximately 60 doctoral students, with over 20 students having already graduated from this program.
