Abstract: For 2016, an updated online Interactive Learning System (ILS) was adopted for a multiple-section course for teaching computer applications to undergraduate students in both face-to-face and online sections. The ILS includes interactive eBook, training, exam, and project objects that the students use to learn basic computer literacy concepts and MS Office skills. This best practices session will document the adoption, curriculum design, and implementation processes. The presentation also will highlight the key features of the product, the LMS support structure, the curriculum design that ties together the various chapters, and instructor-designed capstone projects that reinforce the computer literacy content.
