Abstract: Recently new students and new employees do not have sufficient experience of PC operation. They are not skillful at basic skills of a PC such as file manipulation and do not understand a PC sufficiently. Furthermore, they lack experiences of creating new information and new services on their own. So, essential PC education must be introduced to new students and new employees. Based on this background, we develop educational contents for new students and new employees. For this purpose, we focus on the CompTIA A+ as a rough indication. Furthermore, we have developed the simulator in order to learn operations and knowledges that are needed for an end user. We report this educational contents and the learning simulator.
