Abstract: The primary intent of this study is to investigate an online professional development teacher quality project intended to support collaboration between practicing in‐service teachers, preservice teachers, and university faculty. More specifically, researchers will examine the impact of an online teacher professional development structured to facilitate lesson study between partners (Fernandez & Yoshida, 2004). The lesson study collaboration will take place between in‐service teachers, preservice teachers, and teacher education faculty, at three elementary schools and one middle school, all Title I schools. Data is currently being collected, and will be analyzed and included in full proceedings.
