Abstract: The current review of the scholarly literature examines the trends in attendance and success of college students with learning disabilities. Specific to the work presented is evidence of the performance of students with learning disabilities in e-learning contexts. Although there is a growing movement toward Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and/or Universal Design for Instruction(UDI), limited empirical research establishes the extent to which computer technology can fully actualize the potential increase in accessibility for the current generation of students with disabilities who historically might have been prevented from attending American colleges and universities.
