Abstract: The development of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) which is based on both computer and internet has become a big driving force for education reform. Electronic schoolbag is the best model for the integration of ICT and education. This paper aims to study the parent's attitude toward electronic schoolbag instruction in Beijing. In this research, convenient sampling is manipulated and a total of 148 parents of students participate. The result reveals that a majority of parents hold a positive attitude toward electronic schoolbag instruction application. However, there are also some parents concerning that electronic schoolbag may affect the child's body and mind health during usage.
