Abstract: Like other organizations, schools are experiencing major shifts in the way they have traditionally conducted business. In contemporary mission and planning documents, strategies denoted by hyphenated e’s are commonplace. This work shares the process and the outcome of an inquiry into the application of leadership podcasts to the professional challenges of today’s school administrators. It examines an instructional design from which school superintendents can construct a common foundation for conversations regarding school improvement.
