Abstract: The aim of this study is to help educators to develop effective classroom websites promoting 21st century learning skills. Approximately 25 pre-service teachers who enrolled in the educational technology course in teacher education programs will participate in this study in the fall of 2014. As an initial phase for the development of classroom websites, the pre-service teachers will gain some ideas to develop classroom websites aligned with the 21st century learning skills through analyzing existing classroom websites. During the process of analysis, the pre-service teachers will learn how to design classroom websites enhancing the 21st century learning skills through exemplary models and reflect the findings gained from the analysis when they develop their own classroom websites.
