Abstract: In 2013, Wharton County Junior College (WCJC) implemented a web content management system (CMS) to manage its faculty website. Through the use of a standardized template with designated non-editable data regions, the webmaster has better control over the look and feel of the website. While faculty portraits and contact information are pulled from the images folder and employee database, faculty users still have the freedom to post curriculum and instruction-related information, such as office hours, courses being taught, and areas of interest in the editable fields on their profile page.
